SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Management of EW&S projects through monitoring and reporting;
- Support meetings of multidisciplinary teams and technical and operational stakeholders;
- Participate in technical and operational meetings, providing secretarial services;
- Manage internal resources;
- Support the preparation of periodic project management reports;
- Support deployment of EW&S systems and prototypes into military trials and exercises including being at the trial/exercise site during execution;
- Provide meaningful input to the areal lead for managing EW&S projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Must demonstrate expert knowledge of project management principles and practices;
- Must demonstrated expert level knowledge of PRINCE 2 or similar management framework;
- Must have experience in using enterprise management system and enterprise resource planning systems;
- Must have experience with the NATO procurement process;
- Must have experience of deployment of NATO equipment to NATO trials and exercises;
- Nationally recognized/certified university qualification on management/ economics;
- Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Valid security clearance at minimum NATO SECRET level;
- Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years);
- Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team;
- Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving;
- Motivated, good communication skills, team player.
