SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Administer, enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure, AWS);
- Provide Level 2/3 support for IdAM and/or cloud related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner;
- Maintain Active Directory, and provision Web Federation on premisses, ensuring high availability and performance;
- Manage and optimize cloud components;
- Automate the deployment and management of AWS or Azure resources using Terraform, or similar tools;
- Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling;
- Perform other duties, as may be required.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with operating enterprise Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS services);
- Experience with Azure VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, Load Balancers and Azure monitor;
- Strong and hands-on experience with Identity Access management (like EntraID on Cloud and Active Directory on
premisses); - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus);
- Knowledge of enterprise Directory solutions (like DirX);
- Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, team members and stakeholders;
- Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team;
- Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving;
- Motivated, good communication skills, team player;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.
