SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
  • Maintain JWC and NCST software inventories while ensuring adherence to applicable security policies and standards;
  • Manage QA/QC activities for CIS builds and desktop image builds supporting exercises and operational events;
  • Conduct QA/QC testing of IT equipment and software prior to deployment and customer handover;
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of CIS security policies in accordance with exercise and operational documentation;
  • Lead and supervise technicians conducting internal quality audits and oversee the production of technical non-compliance reports;
  • Liaise closely with internal Section Heads and provide assistance as required;
  • Plan, schedule own work and monitor work of others - where applicable - within limited time horizons;
  • Perform other duties as may be required.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure management;
  • Experience in Change and Configuration Management procedures, including software releases, updates, approvals, and compliance tracking;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, CIS security policies, and compliance requirements within operational and exercise environments;
  • Ability to conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes for CIS builds, desktop image builds, IT equipment, and software systems;
  • Experience in testing and validation of IT systems prior to operational deployment, exercises, or customer handover;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to identify non-compliances and produce detailed technical audit reports;
  • Leadership and team management experience, including coordinating technicians and directing quality audit activities;
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal units, stakeholders, and customers.
