SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection;
- Reactive Event Handling;
- Incident Coordination and Escalation;
- Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- ITIL, understanding Incident and problem management, event monitoring;
- CIS communications engineering expertise;
- Working with tools, such as, Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius, Performance centre;
- Good communication skills.
