SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Delivery of the planned Level 1 and Level 2 course iterations;
- Instructor readiness and current knowledge of relevant systems and procedures;
- Preparation and validation of the assigned training resources;
- Completion of post-course administration, equipment recovery and improvement activities;
- Effective theoretical instruction, demonstrations and practical training.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- NATO SECRET clearance meeting Section 9;
- Fluency in English and the ability to read and write technical and user documentation;
- Deep knowledge and experience of NATO TSGT G3 SATCOM terminals;
- In-depth experience delivering training to users and operators of those systems;
- Experience developing technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids;
- Experience working in an international environment involving military and civilian personnel;
- Level 3 English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001: Listening (3); Speaking (2); Reading (3); and Writing (2) or according to Common European Framework of Reference for Language level B2-C1/Upper Intermediate-Advanced level).
Desirable:
- NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification.
