SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Support a number of on-going OD projects, potentially take ownership and lead some projects;
- Lead the Communications and community engagement for all Organisational Development;
- Lead the Change Agent Community and drive engagement through newsletters, get-togethers, blogs etc.;
- Coordinate and run improvement 'Sprints';
- Look for areas to collaborate, create synergies, develop our projects, apply innovative solutions;
- Support the delivery of upskilling and workshops related to Team Effectiveness, Org Change Management and Facilitation;
- Working with external providers to support initiatives and implement tools;
- Collaborate with HRBPs and HR Advisors by developing and preparing Team Effectiveness intervention sessions for their client groups;
- Support the Staff Survey initiative and output action plans;
- Support the professionalising of OD offerings and team ways of working, with a continuous improvement mind-set.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance;
- At least 4 year of experience in duties related to Human Resources, or HR experience with a keen interest in OD activities;
- Excellent level of verbal and written English;
- Experience of managing, delivering and supporting projects;
- Great writing skills and a willingness to lead in the area of OD Communications;
- A fast learner and able to pick up new concepts and processes with ease;
- Experience working with stakeholders of all levels, including leadership;
- Organised, able to be proactive and take ownership;
- Continuous improvement mind-set.
Desirable:
- Experience managing and delivering; change projects and HR projects;
- Experience of creating/animating workplace communities (e.g. Staff Resource Groups);
- Experience organising, managing and delivering workshops and upskilling;
- A broad knowledge of Human Resources or even better, broad experience of the different teams;
- Previous experience using SharePoint.
