SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Training Material Update Core GIS training materials (course handbook, worksheets, lesson plans, and PowerPoint presentations) shall be updated by the contractor to reflect incremental changes in the Core GIS programme due to the release of new versions/updates;

Additional content shall be developed to cover new functionalities or operational procedures introduced with these updates;

Coordination with the Core GIS team in the JISR Centre will be necessary to facilitate timely updates;

Core GIS Course adaptation Review course content to ensure it aligns with significant changes in the Performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid and covering the period of the contract;
- At least 5 years' experience working with the full DOTMLPFI aspects of the CoreGIS programme, particularly the Core GIS CONOPs and SOPs, and how these considerations affect the diverse training audience;
- At least 5 years' hands-on experience in and knowledge of operating a CoreGIS Cartographic Workshop (CWS) in support of operations and exercises in a NATO context;
- Fluent in English and must be able to read and write technical and user documentation;
- At least 5 years' experience in updating and creating training content and courseware that adheres to NATO standards as defined in Bi-Strategic Command Directive (Bi-SC Directive) 075-0;
- Technically competent in both CoreGIS Desktop and server components;
- Knowledge and experience of working with NCI Agency;
- Knowledge and experience of working with the NCI Academy;
- At least 3 years' experience in delivery of existing NCI Academy Core GIS curriculum;
- NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification;
- Knowledge of modern education technologies (e.g. electronic whiteboards, training videos) and authoring tools;
- Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids;
- Experience working in an International environment with Military and Civilian elements.
