SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
  • Acting as the NATO Enterprise Change Assistant for two large scale ICT changes projects within NATO;
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive change management plan for the project in consultation with the project manager;
  • Provide advice on OCM tools, templates and methodology to Project Change Manager;
  • Support the Project Change Manager in the creation of tools and documents related to project and change management;
  • Support delivery of Organisational Change Management workshops, upskilling sessions, tailored project change sessions and any other ad-hoc requests for OCM support;
  • Work with CDT & NCIA to support the creation of a benchmark and reporting mechanism to assess project success from a change management perspective;
  • Support the Implementation Project Manager and assistant in embedding and delivering the Enterprise OCM Framework ensuring project milestones are met on time and on budget;
  • Provide hands on ad-hoc administrative support the Change Project Manager and team.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • A Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience;
  • Previous experience in supporting Project/Organisational Change Management projects;
  • Experience working in an international environment and/or internally dispersed project teams;
  • Understanding of NATO landscape and or experience in an International Organisation;
  • Good communications skills and experience in interacting with stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-sufficient and motivated to deliver best in class services-
