SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Supports the end-to-end processing of Change Requests, ensuring accurate updates to position data in HCM Cloud / APMS;

Coordinates with HR and Organizational Elements to validate position attributes, grades, and funding details;

Tracks request status and maintains audit trails for compliance and reporting;

Assists in data validation, testing, and troubleshooting system issues related to workforce structures;

Prepares summaries and metrics on position changes to support decision-making.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR or Workforce Structures and APMS;
- Understanding of organizational structures, post hierarchies, and workforce planning principles;
- Proficiency in Excel and data handling, with attention to accuracy and version control;
- Experience coordinating with organizational stakeholders to ensure alignment of position data and approvals;
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support audits or reporting through well-maintained logs and documentation.
