SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Document first version of common data dictionary and repository configurations for ACT/NCIA requirements information repositories;
- Elaborate and document detailed procedures to align data dictionaries and repository configurations between ACT and NCIA requirements repositories;
- Define common requirements engineering terminology to be used by the different actors part of the NATO common funded capability delivery requirements engineering processes;
- Elaborate and document detailed technical procedures for requirements data exchange between ACT and NCIA requirements repositories, including exchange of requirements, attributes, and traceability links;
- Evaluate ACT and NCIA requirements quality standards and propose actions to align both quality standards;
- Define a common NATO process for requirements management across the different capability delivery stages, including Regulatory Requirements;
- Compare as-is systems and processes situation with Information Management for Capability Delivery (IMCD) CPP requirements to identify gaps and opportunities;
- Complete alignment of data dictionaries and repository configurations between ACT and NCIA requirements repositories;
- Create plan that includes:
- Data alignment (export/import) of legacy Capability requirements data packages;
- Common process for Regulatory Requirements management;
- Common requirements QA processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related Engineering fieldsAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience;

At least 1 year of experience working with IBM DOORS (classic) and IBM DOORS Next Generation requirements management tools;

Knowledge and at least 3 years of experience applying international standards and requirements engineering practices, such as: ISO 29148, ISO 25010 and IREB standard;

At least 3 years of experience in requirements elicitation, requirements formal documentation management;

At least 3 years of experience establishing, managing and analysing traceability relationships between different requirements levels;

Knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in process modelling and documentation.
Desirable:
-
IREB CPRE-FL (Certified Professional on Requirements Engineering;

Foundation Level certificate;

Knowledge of the NATO command structure (ACT and ACO) and the new governance model for Common Funded Capability Delivery (CFCDGM);

Knowledge and experience working with Archimate standard language.
