SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Hold a relevant secondary education qualification.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in managing Data, Information, Records, Knowledge, and/or Content.

Demonstrated advanced expertise in SharePoint, including administration, front-end management, and web management.
-
Comprehensive knowledge and 4+ years of experience in utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (or equivalent database applications).

Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with strong briefing and presentation skills.

Previous experience in an international environment involving both military and civilian elements.

Understanding of NATO responsibilities and organizational structures, including ACO and ACT.

Prior involvement in Data, Information, and Knowledge Management.

Extensive experience in office communication systems and information workflows.

Demonstrated high-level organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Provide support for NCI Agency-wide Knowledge, Information, and Data Management initiatives, including administrative coordination and management of workshops, meetings, moderation, and the recording of minutes and action items.

Assist in the establishment, control, and management of Agency-wide processes for Data, Information, and Knowledge Management. This includes developing Agency directives, Process Description Execution Documents (PDEDs), and supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Oversee the identification and management of process interfaces, including inputs and outputs, and ensure the implementation of process enablers.

Under the guidance of the Branch Head, support and lead initiatives related to Data and Information control, ensuring adherence to the European General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) and other applicable national regulations.

Contribute to data mapping efforts necessary to maintain compliance with both national and international data protection standards.

Participate in the conduct of regular IKM asset surveys and contribute to the yearly maturity assessments of the IKM program.

Coordinate and manage office activities, ensuring alignment with the IKM section's battle rhythm and multi-year Strategy and Plan.

Oversee and manage task assignments within the IKM section, ensuring team-wide status awareness and alignment with objectives.

Liaise with other Agency departments and external contractors to facilitate the successful delivery of IKM outputs.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Proven advanced experience in SharePoint, including administration, front-end SharePoint management, and web content management.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with strong briefing skills.

Previous experience working in an international environment that integrates both military and civilian components.
