SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive);

Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access;

Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment;

Perform application lifecycle management;
-
Support Azure core services;
-
Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis;

Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures. Security, Availability & Governance;
-
Enforce least ‑ privilege access and zero ‑ trust principles;
-
Support MFA, device ‑ based access, and security baselines;
-
Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads;
-
Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong hands ‑ on administration of Microsoft 365;
- In ‑ depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune;
- Knowledge of Azure core services;
- Cloud security best practices (identity, endpoint, logging, auditing);
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting;
- Collaborative and team-oriented delivery and performance-driven Experience Level;
- 3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles;
- Proven support of business ‑ critical systems with defined SLAs;
- Demonstrated incident handling.
