SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- The Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the service within the agreed performance levels;
- (S)He is the POC and resolves the Incidents and Service Requests related to the printing service and coordinates technical activities with local and remote IT support units;
- (S)He maintains working relationship with external contractors in close coordination with the Service Delivery Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in IT Service Delivery;

Working knowledge of Enterprise Level printing software (i.e. Uniflow);

Previous Experience in supporting "Follow Me" printing solutions;

Work Experience (5+) with the Management of multiple print servers at remote locations;

Proven experience handling customer and vendor relationship;

Working knowledge of ITIL and its processes;

Proficient in the creation and maintenance of Service documentation (Standard Operation Procedures and Instructions).
Desirable:

Previous experience in multinational environments.
