SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection;

Reactive Event Handling;

Incident Coordination and Escalation;

Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

ITIL, understanding Incident and problem management, event monitoring;

CIS communications engineering expertise;
-
Working with tools, such as, Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius, Performance centre;

Good communication skills.
