SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Provide technical and principal support for all Windows related servers/desktops, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Back End ESXi VMware platform and associated ancillaries within a Data Center, whilst supporting Incident Management for CSU Stavanger.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator with a virtualization background and skillset whom will be supporting a multi-user computing environment;

Experience in Service Operation in a customer support focused approach within a CIS Support Unit and experience in management and use of related toolsets (e.g. ITSM).
