REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge and practical experience in VMware virtualization technology. Configure, upgrade, deploy;
• Knowledge and practical experience in configuring iSCSI targets for virtualized environments;
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server Technologies; Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange;
• Knowledge of ITIL IT service management model;
• Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management processes and experience in this area;
• Ability to write technical documentation and user guides;
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
• Must have practical experience in VMware virtualization technology, including VCSA configuration, ESX upgrade, and bare metal deployment;
• Must be able to deploy at short notice to resolve equipment failures on virtualized mission-critical systems.
