SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Data Entry Management:

  • Executes data entry operations of major or primary Customers;Identifies the types of data processed in the business unit, manages and organizes databases, including creating new records and updating existing entries;
  • Streamlines business processes, supports decision-making, and facilitates effective communication by guaranteeing data quality standards and ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.

IT Asset Management:

  • Defines basic financial concepts and terminologies for an IT organization, identifies, and assesses related risks to IT Asset Management for NaaS;
  • Establishes and maintains hardware and software maintenance database under NaaS;
  • Ensures compliance with supplier contracts by carrying out effective inventory, planning and monitoring of devices under contract.

IT Project Management:

  • Identifies IT roles and responsibilities for involved stakeholders;
  • Ensures team members have the resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits;
  • Ensures stakeholder coordination and provides detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders for assigned tasks;
  • Gathers information and writes IT reports for operational and financial reviews;
  • Documents procedures used to develop a technical application from inception to completion.

IT Service Management (ITSM):

  • Identifies the key concepts, processes and features of IT service management as per ITIL best practices;
  • Ensures coordination and provides detailed updates to NaaS Service Delivery Managers or other stakeholders for assigned tasks;
  • Conducts, coordinates, evaluates and performs trend analysis for IT Service Management (ITSM) records related to services/systems under responsibility of NaaS.

Product Technical Knowledge - HTH:

  • Describes types of technical information resources available to field support;
  • Locates and interprets technical product information and documentation;
  • Identifies major competitive products and their technical specifications;
  • Supports the technical architecture and environment for hardware products.

Logistics Management - GCF:

  • Develops and analyzes logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory;
  • Manages logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning;
  • Implements and maintains monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date;
  • Works with historical, legislative and practical issues associated with domestic freight;
  • Participates in contract negotiations and interfaces with selected carriers necessary to maintain expected levels of service;
  • Consults on all major logistics processes, their interactions and operational requirements.

Supply Chain Management - GCF:

  • Identifies goals and objectives of effective supply chain management;
  • Describes major areas associated with supply chain management;
  • Cites multiple examples of waste, high costs and inefficiencies
    associated with supply chains;
  • Locates and interprets walk-throughs of the consumption stream and associated provision stream.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years experience in Asset Management and/or Logistics;
  • Proven experience in project coordination;
  • Proven experience in Stakeholder Management, namely collaboration with vendors, resident engineering and operations staff to achieve system performance objectives by utilizing vendor's toolkits for collection of maintenance data, and ability to analyse them for both service improvement and troubleshooting purposes;
  • Prior experience of direct customer interactions, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback via phone, email, chat, or in-person;
  • Able to prioritize a wide-range of competing demands from various customers and to provide high-quality service;
  • Experience working in a multilateral environment or an environment with a variety of stakeholders from multi-cultural backgrounds;
  • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
  • Basic knowledge of Local Area Networks/Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN)/Telco provider networks and service delivery;
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.

Training/Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation;
  • PRINCE2 Foundation.
