SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
Under the leadership of the Chief Finance Business Management and the Section Leader for Financial Reporting and Analysis, and acting largely on own initiative:
- Manage projects related to the corporate planning and budgeting tools, as well as reporting improvements.
- Develop metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards, complete with supporting documentation, based on financial and business reporting requirements.
- Implement financial and business reporting requirements in the Business Intelligence (BI) system.
- Utilize financial management expertise to conduct business and performance analyses and studies, producing reports and presentations that drive enhanced understanding and operational improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
To succeed in this role, the candidate needs to:
- Have a range of practical financial management experience, particularly in planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex financial concepts.
- Demonstrate teamwork skills while also being capable of independently executing specific tasks related to financial reporting and analysis.
- Be proficient in documenting processes and functional requirements, translating them into BI concepts or user stories for technical development.
- Analyze data processes, identify the correct source data, and describe necessary transformations.
- Understand and define reporting needs, converting them into metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Conduct and report on performance analyses, including variance analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Be an advanced user of data analysis tools.
- Act as a project manager for corporate planning, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Successfully implement changes within the organization.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, taking initiative and working independently.

- Proficiency in English communication (written and oral).

- The ability to write comprehensive reports and create engaging presentations.

- Experience with Business Intelligence, including building reports.
- Competence in creating financial dashboards with defined metrics and KPIs.
- Expertise in process improvements, including strengthening internal controls.
- Proven abilities in project management and change management.
- Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Project management expertise.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics.
- Familiarity with OBIA.
- Proficiency with Access databases.
