SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES

Test IKM Tools releases through manual and automated testing of user behavior and backend functionalities across NATO networks;

Create and document test cases and guidelines (minimum 20 tests monthly);

Track tests and development tasks with the team;

Create technical and user guidelines including How-To's and Test Plans;

Act as Document Controller to ensure completeness, quality, and archival of CPS documentation;

Identify software defects and provide solutions with recommendations for improvements;

Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles).
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with application testing across multiple levels (system, integration, regression);
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies;
- Familiarity with SharePoint environments and IKM tools (EDMS, PITT, NIP, TT+);
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, and technical documentation;
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology;
- Experience with bug tracking and quality assurance processes;
- Proficiency in documenting test results and creating user guidelines.
