SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
- Conduct targeted data quality reviews and remediation activities, particularly related to service models and the integration of financial attributes in the CMDB;
- Collaborate with the Discovery and Asset teams to validate and align discovered data;
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting frameworks for IaaS and PaaS services;
- Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of data governance policies and quality metrics;
- Support the planned migration of the CMDB to NS in 2025;
- Focus on re-architecting existing obsolescence dashboards on NR to utilize the new CMDB on NS as the data source.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to conduct targeted data quality reviews and remediation activities;

Experience with service models and integrating financial attributes in CMDBs;

Collaboration skills for validating and aligning discovered data with Discovery and Asset teams;

Proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks (ideally for IaaS and PaaS services);

Knowledge of data governance policies and quality metrics;

Understanding of CMDB migration processes (specifically to NS);

Experience re-architecting dashboards on platforms like NR to utilize new CMDB data sources;
- Good English proficiency (e.g., Cambridge/Toefl English certificate).
