SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
Inventory Management - GCF:
- Performs the receiving, ticketing, checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location;
- Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances;
- Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location;
- Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location;
- Follows processes to take stock, release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies.
Warehouse Management - GCF:
- Performs basic warehousing activities such as receiving, putting away, picking, packing and shipping merchandise;
- Maintains warehouse equipment and facilities on a regular basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years experience in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
- 1-3 years experience in EBA Knowledge is preferrable;
- 1-3 years experience in EBA on handling asset management is preferrable;
- The incumbent may need to use transpalette and load bearing equipment.
