SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
Logisitics:
- Receive equipment in EBA;
- Label equipment;
- Organize transport to Tech Support;
- Handle the return of replaced equipment;
- Transfer equipment out of account holder's BL in EBA;
- Transport returned equipment to CSSC;
- Process the disposal (letter preparation for ROS).
CIS assets inventory:
- Support physical wall-to-wall inventory if required;
- Coordinate inventory with AHs;
- Update the AHs database;
- Search in systems/physically when assets not found;
- Handle turned-in equipment, including disposal;
- Chase AHs if their EOT date approaches;
- Make sure all accounts have valid AH, if not search for one.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- EBA Oracle knowledge is a must;
- IT assets minimum knowledge;
- Min 5 years-experience in LOG;
- Knowledge of LOG/Asset Management NATO rules is a plus;
- Well organized;
- Driving license is a must;
- Forklift handling license is good to have;
- Likes to work on the field BUT also update admin information in our database
