SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
  • Provide support to the NATO Enterprise Business Continuity process. This includes setting the direction and requirements regarding Business Continuity for ICT, defining the NATO Enterprise part of Business Continuity maturity and other related tasks as necessary;
  • Provide continuous and quality executive advice to the CDT leadership on the ongoing work of the BCAG including current and upcoming BC challenges for CDT;
  • Provide the BC angle and expertise in support of Education, Training, Exercises and Evaluation (ETEE) accomplished or supported by CDT, in relation with BC;
  • Provide BC expertise in support of the lessons learned/lessons identified (LL/LI) from exercises, training events and operations;
  • Provide BC expertise in ICT Capability Development and Defense Planning (C3 domain);
  • Prepare the CDT contributions to the regular BC briefings and reports;
  • Provide support to unforeseen urgent requirements as necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • The contractor must have previous knowledge and experience with Business Continuity with a focus on ICT (minimum 2 years), preferably in the context of NATO Enterprise;
  • The contractor must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and act as a point of contact, distributing tasks on behalf of his leadership, collecting and aggregating contributions to deliver the requested products;
  • The contractor must be able to set up and direct meetings and workshops as appropriate;
  • Proven expertise in business continuity management within ICT domains;
  • Familiarity with NATO operational structures, protocols, and security requirements;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to commit to a flexible working schedule as outlined above;
  • ISO 22301 Fundamentals of Business Continuity & Resilience certification;
  • The awardee must hold a NATO SECRET Security Clearance.
