SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES / ROLES
Claims & Entitlements Processing:

Process monthly living cost and accommodation claims for JATEC UKR staff;

Process travel claims for JATEC UKR staff;
-
Calculate entitlements and enter transactions into FinS for approval;
SME Reimbursements:
-
Prepare reimbursement documentation for Ukrainian SMEs supporting JATEC POW activities;

Validate supporting documentation and calculate reimbursements for approval;
Financial System Administration:
-
Create and maintain FinS profiles for new UKR staff and SMEs;
-
Prepare Purchase Requests and related documentation for:
- Living costs and accommodation;
- Travel requests;
- SME-related entitlements and allowances.
Financial Compliance & Accuracy:
-
Ensure transactions comply with regulations in force;

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation;

Support internal control and audit readiness activities as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years (within the last 5 years) of professional experience in: o Accounting, finance, travel management, or closely related fields;
- Bachelor’s degree in: o Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Public Administration, or closely related discipline;
- High proficiency in: o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Microsoft SharePoint (document management and navigation) o Financial Management Systems (enterprise accounting/finance systems, incl. FinS);
- Native or near‑native English proficiency;
- Equivalent to NATO STANAG 6001 – Level 3333 or approved equivalents (IELTS, Cambridge, CEF, etc.).
